Each spring, RVMBA hosts Take A Kid Mountain Biking Day on the City Trails in Marietta, OH. This event is one of the highlights of our year and a great opportunity for kids of all ages to try out mountain biking. Kids age 4 to 14 must bring a guardian, bicycle in good working condition, and helmet to participate. Some helmets will be available to riders without. Riders younger than 4 may attend, but will require parent or guardian to assist them. Following the ride, there will be prizes for all participating youth riders.

The ride is part of a nationwide celebration know as Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day, supported by the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA).

The River City Singletrack Serpents NICA youth mountain bike team will be on hand to demonstrate and teach some fundamental mountain bike skills! Learn more about our new regional youth mountain bike league.
